Delivery rules

All states now require Adult Signature Confirmation upon delivery for packages containing tobacco or e-cigarette related products.

To receive this package, the recipient must be at least 21 years of age and present upon delivery with valid ID to accept the package.



Processing Time


Orders are processed within 24 hours. All orders placed before 3 PM will be transferred to the shipping company or prepared for courier delivery on the same day. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped or is out for delivery.



Delivery by Hookah Ministry courier:


  • Estimated time of Delivery: 6 pm – 9 pm.
  • Standard Delivery Fee: 11$.
  • Free Delivery: over $199.



Note: Delivery is carried out within a radius of 30 miles from Hookah Ministry Store.



Postal Service Ground Delivery:


  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 2-5 business days.
  • Free Shipping: orders over $199.


Self-Pickup at the store:


  • Pickup Time: within 4 hours.
  • Pickup Hours: 10 am – 8 pm.



Note:You will be informed by SMS when your order is ready for pickup.


Tracking Your Order


Once your order has been shipped or is out for delivery, you will receive a tracking number via SMS. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.


Delivery Issues


  • Hookah Ministry is not responsible for parcels that were not delivered, stolen or lost by shipping providers, but if those happened, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier or our courier team to resolve the issue ASAP.


Incorrect Address


Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


PACT ACT


In December 2020, a congressional amendment to the PACT Act was signed into the law as part of the omnibus spending bill. The effect of this new law broadens the definition of tobacco products to include electronic cigarettes, vapes, E-Liquids, and vaping accessories. Starting March 27, 2021, PACT requires online retailers to collect state and local excise taxes on tobacco and vaping products, and to require the signature of an adult (21+) on all deliveries nationwide.
