Hookah Rental Terms

1. Standard Hookah Rental (Pick-Up Only):

• Base Rental Price: $30 per hookah / 24 hours

(Customer picks up and returns the equipment at our store: 551 W Golf Rd., Arlington Heights, IL 60005)

• What's Included Quantity:

1. Hookah - 1
2. Heat Management Device - 1
3. Tobacco Bowl - 1
4. Tongs - 1

• Tobacco & Charcoal: charged separately. Flavors are selected based on your personal preferences at the time of pick-up.
• Rental Duration — 24 hours. Each additional day: $30.
• Security Deposit — $200 (refundable), returned after inspection of all components for damage, cleanliness, and completeness.
• Return Condition — hookahs must be returned clean and in the same condition as received. A $20 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit if returned dirty.
• Damage & Replacement — cost of any missing or damaged parts will be deducted from the deposit based on current market value.
• Age Requirement — renters must be 21+ with valid government-issued photo ID.

2. Hookah Rental with Delivery & Setup:

(We deliver the hookahs to your location, pack the bowls, light the charcoal, and return after your event to collect the equipment.)

• Base Rental Price: $30 per hookah / 24 hours
• Hookah Setup Service: $15 per hookah (mandatory for this package)
• Delivery & Pick-Up Fee: varies by distance — quoted during booking (starts at $15 in NW Chicago suburbs).
• Tobacco & Charcoal: charged separately. Flavors are curated in advance according to your preferences.

Other terms (deposit, damage policy, and age restriction) are the same as the standard pick-up rental.

Drop-off and pick-up times are agreed upon during booking. Late pickups are subject to standard daily fees.

3. Full-Service Hookah Catering with On-Site Attendant:

(Perfect for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and VIP occasions. A professional hookah attendant stays on-site to manage heat, refresh bowls, and provide seamless guest service.)

• Base Rental Price: $30 per hookah / 24 hours
• On-Site Hookah Attendant: rate is quoted separately (hourly or flat rate depending on the event).
• Delivery & Pick-Up Fee: based on distance.
• Tobacco & Charcoal: charged separately. Unlimited flavor changes are available during the event (billed based on actual usage).

Deposit & Liability — While our staff is on-site, we take responsibility for the equipment. After the attendant leaves, standard deposit and damage terms apply. All guests using hookahs must be 21+.
