Dear customer, in order to avoid any difficulties in our dealings, please read and accept each clause of our return policy before making a purchase. For our part, we guarantee a detailed inspection of the goods for any cosmetic or mechanical damages or defects before handing over your order to the postal services for address delivery.

Returns can be made no later than 30 days after the actual receiving of the goods by the customer, according to the tracking information. We gladly accept returns of unopened, unused, undamaged or defective products purchased on our website, with some exceptions: due to the nature of such products and to protect the safety of our employees and customers, we do not accept returns of tanks, atomizers, coils, e-liquids, batteries, replacement glass and glass elements of a particular product, capsules, disposables or any alternative products of the relevant category.

Disposable products are not eligible for return or refund for any reason, as they are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you would like to return an undamaged product, it must be unopened and unused. Any defective goods that have been used or opened will not be accepted under any circumstances and are non-refundable. Defective products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty and may be returned for a refund. These items will be tested at our facility before a refund is issued. Defective goods must also have no signs of use. The products must be without damage due to accidents, misuse, disassembly, modification or other erroneous actions of the buyer, as well as indirect and accidental damage, i.e. any product damaged by the recipient is not covered by the warranty.

In order for defective goods to be accepted for return, the goods must be returned with all original packaging, including: instructions, documents, accessories, etc. All damaged, missing or defective goods must be reported to us immediately upon arrival of your order. Carefully inspect all order items when you receive your order, it is your responsibility to report any issues during this time. Minor scratches, cosmetic defects, or discoloration are considered normal and are not covered by this warranty. All returns are processed as a refund; regardless of which option was selected when selecting return options. The compatibility between our products and the buyer's products is your responsibility, we recommend you to analyze the products according to the characteristics mentioned on our website hookahministry.com before placing an order, as incompatibility issues are not a reason for a return. Regardless of the situation, except in cases of our faults, the cost of return shipping is not covered by Hookah Ministry Store. You are responsible for the cost of returning any items to us, except as noted above. Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis and are allowed at our discretion. Returns without defects will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The following problems are not covered by the warranty:

• mechanical damage;
• damage caused by incorrect use of the hookah;
• damage caused by the use of non-standard consumables and components;
• damage caused by the fault of the customer;
• oxidation, scale, etc.

In case of defects that were made through the fault of the manufacturer, the Hookah Ministry store is obliged to:

• Fix the defect, if not - to make a replacement, provide with a full refund of products price.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Any complaints, in case of disputes, regarding damage to the customer’s health, as a result of using a particular product purchased at Hookah Ministry Store or on the hookahministry.com website are accepted exclusively by the manufacturer, none of the company's employees or Hookah Ministry Inc. in such situations, shall not be liable.

Each customer, in a clear mind and good health, making a purchase of a particular product, agrees to waive the liability of Hookah Ministry Inc. and any of its employees in the event of any health complications as a result of using products purchased at Hookah Ministry Stores or on the hookahministry.com website.
